Exhibition Zone Design for VANN — premium Norwegian mineral water, with 3D visualization and concept sketches.
VANN is premium Norwegian natural mineral water sourced from protected springs, naturally filtered through rock for 12 months. Targets B2C via hotels, restaurants, premium retail, and exhibitions — all about purity, harmony, and sustainability.
The client needed an exhibition booth concept for global trade shows and showrooms: minimalist, immersive, evoking freshness, purity, and Norwegian nature. Had to feature dynamic product display (water splashes, lighting), integrate a video screen, and include a seating area. Sketches for approval and 3D renders for organizer pitches and production were required.
We implemented a comprehensive approach, including:
· Spatial Concept: Developed a booth that reflects the brand philosophy — transparency, purity, and premium quality — with a functional area for product demonstration and visitor interaction.
· Visual Design: Created large-format graphics featuring dynamic bottle images, splashes, and lighting effects; carefully considered color, lighting, and textures to convey freshness and premium quality.
· Interactive Elements and Exhibition: Installed a screen displaying a 3D water video, and selected furniture and interior elements to ensure harmony and comfort.
· Lighting and Atmosphere: Adjusted lighting, shadows, and reflections to achieve transparency, depth, and dynamism, using soft gradients and contrasting illumination to enhance the visual impact.
The VANN booth was a showstopper: +60% foot traffic, won Best Design award. 3D visuals secured 5 hotel partnerships, solidifying the brand as premium purity and innovation.
