The Hscan presentation video

Our goal was to create a promotional video for the new Hscan product, specifically designed for exhibitions and events. The video needed to instantly capture the attention of booth visitors, hold their gaze, and spark interest in the product. It was also important to make the content versatile, so it could be used on the company website and in promotional mailings, showcasing the product’s benefits to potential clients and partners. The main objective was to ensure the video was both informative and visually engaging, while aligning with the company’s brand identity.
We approached the project comprehensively and implemented it in several stages:
Script Writing:
We developed the key messages and structure of the video, identified which product features were essential to showcase, and created a logical sequence of scenes. Special attention was paid to emotional engagement, ensuring each frame highlighted the value and uniqueness of Hscan.
Storyboard Creation:
All scenes were visualized in advance, with camera angles, motion dynamics, and placement of key elements planned. This allowed us to preview the scenes and ensure every detail aligned with the overall concept and brand identity.
3D Object and Visual Element Development:
Detailed 3D models of the product were created using the company’s brand colors and style. The objects were animated to demonstrate functionality and capture viewer attention, maintaining realism and consistency with the brand.
Editing and Final Video Assembly:
All elements — script, storyboards, 3D objects, animation, and graphics — were combined into a cohesive, dynamic video. We focused on pacing, effects, and visual accents to hold attention and ensure the video was easily perceivable even during short exhibition viewing.
Adaptation for Different Channels:
The video was prepared in formats suitable for the website, social media, and email campaigns, making it a versatile promotional asset.
